Writing is cathartic; it allows me to open myself up to my life in a way that is healing. Each moment that passes during the day brings new ideas and thoughts to be considered and therefore written about. But what’s beautiful about writing is that it allows me to delve more deeply into those moments, evaluate them and then share my feelings and findings with you. If any of that process has brought significance to you, it amplifies this experience immensely.
